A Vendor Contact can login to see upcoming tasks, view project manager information, and submit weekly time sheets.
- When a Vendor Contact assigned to your project logs in to Vendor Center, they will have notifications regarding the tasks and projects to which they’ve been assigned
- Vendor Contacts will go to the Projects page to view tasks and discussions that you’ve made visible to them and quickly respond or create a new discussion
- You will get an email and see the recent discussion update on your home page
- Vendor Contacts will go to the Timesheets page to log time towards the project tasks they’re assigned to and submit them for approval
- Each timesheet is for a week and can have multiple tasks
- The Vendor contact will get notified when timesheets are accepted or rejected
