Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a critical thinking self-starter to join the Aysling Support Team in a Customer Support Specialist role.

The primary focus of this role is to provide customer service and technical support to our growing customer base for our MagHub and related software products. This position will be based out of the Ann Arbor, Michigan area with option for a hybrid approach or remote work.

We are looking for someone we can count on to:

Support our clients through:

  • Monitoring the support ticket queue, troubleshooting problems, and answering customers through our online support system
  • Answering live chat requests and assisting customers interactively online

Collaborate with team members to:

  • Create Help Center documentation
  • Create technology Release Notes
  • Problem-solve and test software
  • Provide details on client needs, concerns, inquiries

 

Required Experience:

  • Significant experience in supporting SaaS based applications
  • Experience in a helpdesk environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve problems when needed
  • Proven track record of continuous learning and the ability to take on greater levels of responsibilities over time
  • Availability to work Monday thru Friday during the hours of 8am to 6pm

Preferred Experience 

  • Knowledge of the Publishing Industry
  • Knowledge of MagHub or other Ad Server software
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of website technology (HTML, CSS, web servers, networking, databases, etc.)
  • Experience with:
    • Systems such as Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, Business Intelligence tools, Project Management software
    • Writing SQL
    • Leading projects

Salary Range: $52,500 – $62,500
