Customer Implementation Specialist

Job Description 

The team at Aysling is excited to add an energetic, organized, and self-motivated Customer Implementation Specialist to the growing Support Team. An ideal candidate will be dedicated to building thriving, long-term customer relationships through processes of onboarding, strategic planning, and renewals.

We are looking for someone we can count on to:

  • Manage the new customer onboarding process
  • Regularly meet with clients virtually and oversee project timelines
  • Provide strategic account management and planning post onboarding
  • Serve as a liaison and advocate for customers by becoming a trusted educator and advisor on Aysling software
  • Working directly with other teams to set expectations and timelines to align with customer success goals

Required Experience:

  • Detail oriented Project Management skills
  • Previous track record of providing high-level client management in a Customer Service or related role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience providing Customer Support to Saas-based clients
  • Experience with CRM software’s such as SalesForce, HubSpot, MailChimp
  • Experience with Project Management software
  • Knowledge of the Publishing Industry
  • Knowledge of MagHub or other Ad Server software

Salary Range: $62,500 – 72,500
