These are – to put it mildly – trying times. Coronavirus. A panicked Wall Street (at least it was when we wrote this post). Trade wars. Climate ___ [fill in the descriptor of your choice].

It’s enough to make a person, well, lose their mojo.

But buck up, bucko! Worry and fret does no one any good. Put together a plan and stick to it (but don’t be afraid to change it as circumstances dictate).

And part of that plan should be regularly taking some time to sit by yourself, thinking of the things for which you are grateful.
