Customer Implementation Specialist
Job Description
The team at Aysling is excited to add an energetic, organized, and self-motivated Customer Implementation Specialist to the growing Support Team. An ideal candidate will be dedicated to building thriving, long-term customer relationships through processes of onboarding, strategic planning, and renewals.
We are looking for someone we can count on to:
- Manage the new customer onboarding process
 - Regularly meet with clients virtually and oversee project timelines
 - Provide strategic account management and planning post onboarding
 - Serve as a liaison and advocate for customers by becoming a trusted educator and advisor on Aysling software
 - Working directly with other teams to set expectations and timelines to align with customer success goals
 
Required Experience:
- Detail oriented Project Management skills
 - Previous track record of providing high-level client management in a Customer Service or related role
 - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
 
Preferred Experience
- Experience providing Customer Support to Saas-based clients
 - Experience with CRM software’s such as SalesForce, HubSpot, MailChimp
 - Experience with Project Management software
 - Knowledge of the Publishing Industry
 - Knowledge of MagHub or other Ad Server software

Salary Range: $62,500 – 72,500
